Operations

Butterchick’s operation team will provide on-going operational support will teach, coach and mentor you to optimize your business results by provides continuous monitoring of your operational procedures.  We benchmark and assess operational processes, service standards, quality control and hygiene and food safety on a store-by-store basis, ensuring brand integrity, consistency and optimal efficiencies.

Real Estate

Location, Location, Location.  Choosing the right location is a key ingredient to the success of a restaurant business.  Working with local real estate specialists in the market will help choose a location for you that meets your criteria and ours.  Understanding trade areas, competitive landscape, demographics, traffic patterns, visibility and more will help determine the best suited real estate.  We can assist in this process if required.

Construction

Butterchick will manage the build out of your Butterchick location as a turnkey service.   We will work with our approved store designer and subcontractors to provide quality workmanship of the construction of the premises.

Marketing

Butterchick’s marketing is focused on driving sales and growing brand awareness through a omni-channel marketing approach including direct mail coupon programs and in-store materials, digital/online social media presence including a web site and social media activity.

We will conduct a location specific grand opening event and public relations efforts as well as location specific programs designed to drive traffic and increase sales within the community.

Supply Chain

Butterchick ensures the highest quality products are available for our menu items.  Our approved suppliers and dedicated food service distributor are carefully selected to provide optimal quality, competitive pricing and reliable service.

Financing

The Canadian Small Business Financing Loan is an excellent program to finance a Butterchick franchise and is available at all the leading financial institutions across Canada.  We can provide guidance with preparing an application for a business loan.
